Assassin’s Creed Rebellion now live in Google Play (Updated)

Update, Jun 22, 2025:Assassin’s Creed Rebellion is now available to download from the Google Play Store. As previously mentioned, the latest free-to-play mobile game in Ubisoft’s hit franchise is a strategy-RPG set in 15th-century Spain, where you can recruit from a list of 40 characters, including many well-known assassins from the game’s long history.

Original article, Jul 10, 2025:The world might be incredibly excited about the recently-released Assassin’s Creed Odyssey (andthe ability to play it in a web browser) but there’s another game set in the Assassin’s Creed universe coming soon:Assassin’s Creed Rebellion.
Unlike Odyssey,Rebellion is a mobile-only gamecoming out for Android and iOS on November 21 (just in time for you to play it to get away from your relatives during Thanksgiving). However, you’re able to pre-register for Assassin’s Creed Rebellion right nowat this link.
Pre-registration will earn you a head start in the game as you’llunlock special bonus gifts, including weapons lifted from Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Pre-registration will also notify you on your Android device(s) as soon as the game is available to download and install.
The time setting of Assassin’s Creed Rebellion is the height of the Inquisition: 15th-century Spain. You start your own Brotherhood in which you can recruit 40 characters. Of those 40 characters, some are new and exclusive to this game, while others are series regulars such as Ezio, Aguilar, Maria, Shao Jun, Machiavelli, and Claudia Auditore.
The free-to-play strategy-RPG will probably involve you parting with large sums of cash for in-app purchases. But hey, that’s just par for the course these days, isn’t it?
