ASUS launches Zenfone Max M2 and Max Pro M2 in India

In a press conference in New Delhi, ASUS wrapped up a fine year for the company by launching the successors to itsASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1and ASUS Zenfone Max M1.
The new smartphones –ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M2and ASUS Zenfone Max M2 – feature a similar design but the Max M2 has a metal matte finish while the Max Pro M2 has a glossy glass back. Essentially, as the name goes, the Max M2 is a stripped-down version of the Max Pro M2 in terms of display, internals, and camera.
ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M2
The ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M2 comes in three memory variants – 3GB + 32GB, 4GB + 32GB, and 4GB + 64GB – and in two colors – Blue and Titanium. The lowest spec’d version is priced at ₹12,999 ($181), the 4GB+64GB at ₹14,999 ($209), and the 6GB+64GB at ₹16,999 ($237). The phone will go on sale on December 18 exclusively on Flipkart.
ASUS Zenfone Max M2
The ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M2 comes in two memory variants – 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB – and in three colors – Black, Blue, and Gold. The lower spec’d version is priced at ₹9,999 ($140) while the higher spec’d version will retail at ₹11,999 ($167). The phone will go on sale on December 20 exclusively on Flipkart.
