Developed by IMOBLIFE Co. Ltd, Brainwaves – T.U.S is an all-in-one brainwave store. This app gives you access to the Unexplainable Store, one of the largest paranormal stores according to the app’s Google Play Store page. It focuses on brain frequencies research and publishes well-recognized products that range from spiritual and health aspects to brain functions and therapeutic recordings according to these categories:
When you first launch the app, you’ll see a player in the middle of the screen and three buttons on the dock below it. The app’s interface is quite clean and you cannot see a single ad marring its look. The player lets you set a timer for how long you’d like the track you’re playing to keep looping. For example, if you’ve set the timer at 30 minutes and you play the 10 minute Calm Down track, then the Calm Down track will loop 3 times until the timer runs out.
Tap on Library and tapAllto see all your downloaded files. You can also tap Therapy recordings to check on your files. As a bonus to downloading the app, you get the Relaxation Package for free. Tap on it and you can see its introduction explaining why the recording was made and how it was made. You can play the recording by tapping on thePlaytab but you can also read theManualso you can see tips on how to relax.
Brainwaves – T.U.S isn’t just limited to helping you destress. TapStoreand you can purchase files to help you build on your lucid dreaming, astral projection and chakra opening. You can see all the available recordings by tappingAll, discounted recordings by tapping onSpecials, and the freshest ones by tapping onNew. Each recording has its respective price, star rating, and sometimes its discounted price, listed right below its name. Before you make any purchases, you can tap on the recording’s name and read its introduction, guarantee, and some user testimonials.

Though the app promises to relax the user, your mileage may vary. Some people may not like the sound of water that takes up most of the first minute of the Calm Down file and continues throughout the rest of the 10 minutes as a backdrop to techno ambient sounds. When I used the app, the steady stream of natural sound became white noise that eventually got me drowsy.
Some snags that really jumped out at me as I browsed the app was if I left the app home screen while a track is playing to check, say, myLibrary, the track stops playing completely. Though it doesn’t start from the beginning and has merely been paused, it’s a bit of a downer and can easily break one’s concentration. The text for the default package’s Introduction and Manual was also very small and for those of you who have trouble seeing, you’ll be disappointed to know that you may’t pinch to zoom in.
