Google I/O 2019 keynote: Watch it now!

It’s that time of the year again, when developers gather in Mountain View for the Google I/O conference. Google is holding a keynote address on the first day (May 7), where it’s expected to reveal new hardware and discuss its plans for the rest of the year.

When does the keynote start?

Where can I watch a live-stream?

Google is streaming the keynote via itsGoogle DevelopersYouTube channel, and you can view it via the embedded player below.

The company is also streaming an AI-related experience ahead of the keynote, dubbed The AI DJ Project. Googledescribesit as “a unique listening experience in which an AI DJ using TensorFlow plays back-to-back with its human creator, DJ Nao Tokui, in a one of a kind set.” It starts 40 minutes before the keynote.

What will Google show off?

The Mountain View company is widely tipped to unveil its oft-leakedGoogle Pixel 3asmartphones here. Other expected announcements relate toAndroid Q,Google Assistant, andWear OS. As with previous years, we’re also expecting a healthy helping of machine learning talk.

At last year’s event, the firm revealedGmail smart compose,  ticket/boarding pass support in Google Pay, some innovativeGoogle Lensfeatures, andDuplex. Can Google top the latter with this year’s event? Well, you’ll just have to wait and see.
