HTC One M9 Android Nougat update
The HTCOne M9 launched with Android Lollipop, meaning major updates to it will end with Android Nougat. Nougat first rolled out to the unlocked variants of the HTCOne M9 onDecember 9, and HTCbeat out a number other OEMs to the rollout —even for their current flagships.
It wasn’t until March that rollout got underway for carriers, with T-Mobile becoming the first to issue the update to One M9s on its network. Sprint followed this on April 12, before AT&T started to deliver Nougat on May 16. Meanwhile, we’re still waiting to hear from Verizon on the matter.
