The headphones are powered by the same HUAWEI Kirin A1 chip that also features on theFreeBuds Protrue wireless earbuds. As such, the sound quality and noise-canceling performance should be good. HUAWEI claims it’s comparable to flagship headphones like theBose Noise Canceling Headphones 700or the Sony ones we mentioned before.

When it comes to battery life, the HUAWEI FreeBuds Studio promise 24 hours of uninterrupted playback. The company says you can get up to eight hours of juice with just 10 minutes of USB-C charging. However, there’s no info on how long the battery will last with ANC turned on.

The HUAWEI FreeBuds Studio is priced at €299 and will be available in Europe from the next weeks.

All-in-all, the specs and features of the HUAWEI FreeBuds Studio sound pretty encouraging. What’s left to see is how well they perform in real life and if they can actually bring the heat to the Bose, Sony, and Sennheisers of the world.
