LG V35 listing confirms design and wireless charging capabilities
July 13, 2025
An image of the upcoming LG V35 has been found on theWireless Power Consortiumwebsite. The image (via@evleaks) shows the front of the phone, revealing that it won’t have a controversial notch. As the picture is on the Qi wireless power standard website, it also confirms that the device will support wireless charging.
The leak is the first info to come from an official source and it fits in with previous rumors. In the image accompanying the post, the device looks the same as it did in therenders that were leakedthree weeks ago. As expected, it is pretty similar to last year’sLG V30with a large display taking up most of the front. Unlike the recently releasedLG G7, there is no notch.

As for wireless charging, the LG V30 was thefirst phone to feature the Qi wireless charging standard“Extended Power Profile” and the LG V35 will also include this.
Finally, the listing appears to suggest LG will drop the ThinQ name for the upcoming device as the brand name is simply listed as “V35,” which would line up with areport from just a few days ago. However, theLG G7 ThinQlistings on the website only refer to the device as the “G7” too, so the question remains.

Other rumors have suggested that the phone will have 6GB RAM, 64GB Storage, an 8MP f/1.9 front camera, adual 16MP rear camerawith a 107-degree wide-angle lens, a 3300mAh battery, and a 6-inch QHD+ OLED display.
LG has not provided a release date for the device, although it is expected to arrive in South Korea next month.
