Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 specs leak: What’s missing compared to the Plus model?
July 22, 2025
Samsung is expected to launch theGalaxy Tab S7series on August 5 alongside theGalaxy Note 20series and other devices. We’ve already seen purportedGalaxy S7 Plus specsand renders, and now we’ve laid our eyes on apparent specs for the vanilla model.
Pricebabaand serial leaker Ishan Agarwal report that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 will pack aSnapdragon 865processor instead of theSnapdragon 865 Plustipped for the Galaxy Tab S7 Plus. This is still one of the most powerful, feature-packed SoCs on the market though, so gaming and other tasks should be handled just fine.

It’s believed that the tablet will also have an 11-inch 2,560 x 1,600 LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. This would be a departure from its predecessor, which featured a 10.5-inch OLED screen with a 60Hz refresh rate. This would also be smaller than the S7 Plus’s supposed 12.4-inch display with a resolution of 2,800 x 1,752.

A higher refresh rate usually requires more juice, and the duo report that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 will pack an 8,000mAh battery. This is significantly bigger than the 7,040mAh battery in the Galaxy Tab S6, so this new battery should be enough to keep the lights on for a while.
The website and leaker also report that the new tablet will bring 128GB of expandable storage in at least one variant, a single 13MP rear camera, an 8MP selfie shooter, and AKG quad speakers. There’s no word on how much RAM we should expect in the new tablet.
