Specs of alleged mid-range Snapdragon 775 chipset leak with 5nm build
July 20, 2025
Last year, theQualcomm Snapdragon 765 and 765Gchipsets became the go-to choice for upper-mid-range smartphones. The 765G, in particular, offered 5G support and plenty of power for day-to-day tasks. It powers multiple successful handsets including theOnePlus Nord, theRedmi K30, and theGoogle Pixel 5.
Now, it looks like Qualcomm could be readying the follow-up to that chip. Ina Telegram group chatfirst spotted byXDA-Developers, we saw a leaked list of specs that allegedly point to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 775 and 775G. You can see those specs mirrored below.

The most notable supposed upgrade with this series of chips is a 5nm build. This would offer faster and more power-efficient performance as compared to the 7nm build of last year’s models. This would also blur the line between this and the unrivaled speed offered by Qualcomm’s 800-series chips since they are also built on 5nm architecture.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 775 leaked specs
It’s important to note that these specs are a bit suspect. According toXDA’ssources, this sheet appears to be a legitimate slide from an internal Qualcomm document. However, the slide appears to be an out-of-date version. As such, any one of these specs could be incorrect — including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 775 name. After all, Qualcomm threw us a curveball with the launch of theSnapdragon 888this year, so all bets are off as far as naming goes.
Still, these seem like logical upgrades from the 765 series. According to rumors, the Snapdragon 775 — or whatever it is called — could power theXiaomi Mi 11 Lite. If that’s the case, we likely won’t need to wait too long before we see some confirmation from Qualcomm on this.
