We could see the LG foldable phone at CES in January
July 13, 2025
Earlier this morning, notorious leaker Evan Blass (@EVLeaks) tweeted some speculatory news about LG’s ambitions regardingits foldable phone. According to Blass, LG will present its foldable device at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January.
Blass doesn’t say much else about the rumor, but he’s one of the most reliable leakers in the industry, so it very well could be true. The tweet is posted below:

In the tweet, Blass referencesSamsung, which is another company developing a foldable phone. We knowSamsung will give a sneak peekof its foldable device in November at its Samsung Developers Conference. However, the device itself likely won’t be there — instead, we expect Samsung to officially unveil how the phone will look and work.
With that in mind, it’s totally possible Samsung could also launch its own foldable phone at CES.

Later on in the day, Blass tweeted a response to an inquiry about the Samsung device:
It seems Blass is pretty confidentLGwill launch its foldable phone at CES, which certainly is exciting.
LG confirmed its intentto release a foldable phone earlier this month. We also sawsome early design leaksof the device earlier this year.
